How does UTOCHINA protect your information
UTOCHINA will protect your privacy information.  You need to finish this application form, only when you are making the registrations on UTOCHINA website. You need to provide your Full Name, Email Address, Gender, Home Address, Post Code, Personal Interests, etc. in the registration form.  All the information will be used by UTOCHINA only.  It will be much helpful for UTOCHINA to understand your needs and interests, to provide a better service to you.  We will never share the information to anyone or any company without your permission, except we are in below three situations.
(1) You agree to share your information to a third party.
(2) You could receive a better service after sharing parts of your personal information.  For instance, your China Hosts need to know your personal interests and needs before your arrival.  However we will still wait for your permission before sharing your information to the host families.
(3) We will follow the juris subpoena, juris instructions, and the legal proceedings by anytime.
You will get the membership from UTOCHINA once you finished the on-line application.  Your information will be kept in UTOCHINA database.  If you want to cancel your membership, please send an email to webmaster@utochina.com , and we need your signature on a cancellation form.  We will delete all your information in our database after receiving your membership cancellation form.

Your Liabilities

To use UTOCHINA services, you should agree the following items:
(a)Provide the real personal information in application forms, and make sure all the information is correct.
(b)Update your information if there’s any change to make sure all the information in our database is correct. UTOCHINA has the right to cancel your membership and refuse your applications if we find out you provided the wrong information advisedly.

UTOCHINA has the right to update, revise, and explain all the Terms & Conditions on our website.  UTOCHINA will always use the latest edition of the Terms & Conditions on the website.   Please read the Terms & Conditions before using any service of us.   We devote ourselves to provide the best services to you.
